In each training program (e.g. half marathon or marathon), we offer a clear goal - to finish a specific race. This goal is easy to visualize, and the results can be measured in hours and minutes, that way it’s easier to motivate yourself for the training.
Our trainings are based on two main pillars: technique of natural running and heart rate. You will learn the correct body positioning and proper landing. Running on your “target heart rate zone” is what allows you to progress, protect your heart and enjoy the pleasure of running.
Coaches of our running club (loopgroep) are passionate runners with tons of experience, multiple finishers of marathons around the world.
New acquaintances and valuable connections are the reasons why many start doing sports. And it works! Shared emotions and excitement at the start of any race event (e.g. marathon, half marathon) strengthen any relationship.
During the program, you can undergo a scheduled medical examination and get an individual doctor’s consultation. The doctor accompanies the students throughout the running program (e.g. marathon, half marathon).
